Turning Nature into Motion.

Japanese Bows—originating from solid wood—evolved into their current form approximately 500 years ago. They feature charred bamboo at the core and wood on the sides, harnessing both elasticity and resilience. Bamboo is used on both the front and back faces, functioning as both a tension spring and a compression spring.

The strength and flexibility of Japanese bows are incorporated into a bicycle frame by bonding them with lightweight, high-rigidity carbon prepreg.
